Christmas time
Sitting here watching home alone really takes me back to my child hood…
For the last couple of years I’ve enjoyed Christmas but I don’t think I’ve looked forward to it as much as I do this year.
….I just wish my mom and brother were here :/ I miss them a whole lot, especially during this holiday season.

Feeling good
So, I finally did my first chemotherapy treatment yesterday. I was supposed to do it last Thursday, but I had to postpone my appointment because I was taking antibiotics for a cold.
I just wanted to publicly thank God that I have not had any side effects as of now. They say most people feel nausea and fatigue, especially after their first treatment. I was was even able to go to work today and...

God is in control…
Well…this is the treatment I’ll be starting on Thursday. I gotta admit, I’m a bit nervous, but not scared. I know that God is in control of everything.
I know to some it might be confusing as to why I still trust God through all of this. God has not let me down. Sometimes God will allow you to go through things to teach you something. Trials only...

In today’s world you can’t get anywhere without an education. I want to go back to school. Even if it’s just to take some math and English classes for now.

Praise Report!
Today I went to the doctors to get my results on some test I had taken. I am so grateful to the Lord that the results came back a lot better than I expected. I knew God would answer, but I gotta admit I was a bit nervous. I want to thank my AWE family and everyone that prayed for me :)
For those of you who don’t know, I have had Lupus for almost 2 years now. My condition is pretty mild...
